Did you know… Laos is the most bombed country in the world? Between 1964 and 1973, over two million tonnes of explosives were dropped, equalling a planeload of bombs every 8 minutes, 24 hours a day for 9 years. These bangles, a symbol of peace, are now created by the Laotian villagers from the bombs and planes that caused the destruction, rising up through the negativity to create such positivity.
